Your body is perfect for its purpose – to be your home on planet Earth and be your vehicle. Our mind may not see it as perfect, we might want to loose some weight, gain some weight, change our hair colour etc. But we should learn to accept the body as it is right now, it’s not a good idea to wait so that we loose or gain enough weight, because even if we reach our goal, we will still find something else we think it’s not perfect. So just make peace with your body and love it as it is here and now. It’s that simple.
