Chia Milk

Products for 1 glass:

1 teaspoon chia seeds

200 ml rice milk (or nut milk you prefer)

1 teaspoon  raw carob flour

Preparation:

Soak the chia seeds in a bit of water for about an hour. Then put them in a glass, add rice milk and 1 teaspoon raw carob flour, mix well and it’s ready! In case you prefer sweeter taste and your milk is not sweetened in advance, you can add a bit of honey or brown sugar.

Chia seeds can be a wonderful contributor to your healthy lifestyle. Their taste is soft and gentle, and at the same time they are rich in proteins and minerals. Moreover, they help your body detoxify. It is definitely time to try chia seeds!
