Anger is an extremely intense emotion. Many try to avoid it by suppressing it until they have an anger outburst. Others turn it into sadness and start crying when they are angry. There are some who feel suffocated by it. And others who can’t control it and start screaming, throwing and breaking things. But is anger really so bad? Does it have some meaning, some positive side? Can we learn something out of it? And maybe the most important question for many – what to do with it? We will discuss those topics in today’s video.
