A lot of us take care of our bodies regularly – we do sports, we try to eat healthy, we try to drink more water, take vitamins etc. However, not many of us think of taking care of our nervous system. The only time we think of it, is when we start feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Burnout, depression getting worse, eating disorder getting worse, bursting into tears all of a sudden or having angry outbursts – all those are signs that our nervous system is overwhelmed and we urgently need to take care of it.
