"Assertiveness and boundaries"
In order to be happy with yourself, your relationships and life, you need certain important tools. They include being able to assert yourself, to say “no”, when you want to say “no”, to say “yes”, when you want to say “yes”. Also to state your needs and to be able to accept “no” and “yes” from others. Healthy boundaries are the foundation of healthy relationships, so if you have difficulties with any of them, this workshop is especially for you.
