Livewave in Dublin – 15.08.2015
“Live wave” is an authentic dance meditation practice, originated in Bulgaria and now available in Dublin for the first time. It consists of two “waves” and each wave contains 7 different rhythms, according to the main chakra system in the body. “Live wave” is a free dance practice, each rhythm focuses on specific part of the body, but at the same time each of the participants creates his or her own unique dance.
The focus of “Live wave” is to look inside, to feel the dance in your body and to connect with your body and feelings in a better way. Many of us read many self-development books, but very often, the new information and insights stay only on the mind level. “Live wave” can help us bring this knowledge and awareness into the body, that is why in each dance session we have a specific topic to work on.
Our current topic is: Take care of yourself
