Guacamole

Guacamole is a traditional Mexican meal. Normally it is served with bread, but it is also extremely delicious on its own or combined with vegetables. In case you are wondering how to eat your just-ripened avocado, Guacamole is a really good way to do so.

Products:
1 avocado
1 tomato
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 onion
1/2 green hot pepper
Himalayan salt

Preparation:
Wash the avocado, cut it into two pieces, take the pit away, peel it and put it into a blender. Meanwhile put a bit of water on the cooker until it boils and then pour it onto the tomato and leave it like this for about a minute, then wash the tomato with cold water and peel it. Put the peeled tomato in the blender together with the avocado, add the lemon juice and blend well until you get homogeneous mixture. Cut the hot pepper and the onion into very small pieces and add them to the avocado-tomato paste. Add a bit of salt and serve cool.
